Hi Mike, thank you for bringing up a highly important topic. You may be right that in some emergency situations military means may be necessary; as an example genocides could have been prevented several times throughout history if we had listened to certain warnings. But we didn\'t. West only listen and intervene when it is in our interest, not for the sake of the oppressed people. As we speak of Iraq; not too many years ago the US supported Iraq, because then this was more in their interest, as Iran was the main enemy. This while Saddam Hussein was gassing Iraqi Kurds. This is called double standards and hypocrisy, and it keeps and escalates the culture of violence that dominates on planet earth. Therefore I have chosen to focus totally on nonviolence, to try to spread some seeds for other throughts. If more and more people helps water them, they might grow and bloom, and we don\'t need military means at all. I hope this made sense:-)

Line, you have writen an interesting article that I enjoyed to read. What do you think about the Irak war. I am sceptical that it would be possible to get the people in Irak free without war. Now ofcourse we can say that the situation today is not acceptable. Do you think that it would be possible to free the Irak people without violence? Mike
